Dirty, very dirty!
100$ a night PLUS 150$ deposit for a old run down motel with hardly anywhere to park.. only booked there because everywhere else was booked. Front desk guy was very nice.. but you can get a decent room for 100$ anywhere else. Had to leave early because the heat did not work while it was 15 degrees out. I was refunded for not staying the 2nd night due to the heat. Hoping to get 150$ deposit back.
We were not even in the room for 10 minutes before the whole hotel lost power. It was -5° overnight and the room started to get cold. After 30 minutes I went to the office and asked if they knew the power was off. They said it would be back on in another 30 minutes. All of the other hotels in the area were booked so we could not switch and go somewhere else. We had no power/heat all night long and by the morning the room had to be in the 30°s if not colder. I will be requesting a refund.
