This was listed as a new facility and couldn't be further from the truth. It's a total dump. I booked a smoke-free room that smelled like a dive bar (don't get me wrong, I like dive bars...just don't want to sleep in one). The parking lot was full of partiers of the questionable kind. I got a knock on my door during the night. Didn't feel safe - left at 4:00 a.m. I advise that no one stay here - its a risky proposition.
The rooms are filthy, service is terrible, and there is a ridiculous amount of loitering. Very little property oversight also feels unsafe.
