So our stay was ok. But Do not trust Staff members The owner himself is a thief. I myself informed them that I was expecting a package ( mobile phone) and even offered 100.00 cash if they will do me the favor and to mail it to another Hotel location in Grand Rapids... I have the tracking number of this package called that very same day to let them know that I had gotten a notification that my package had arrived that morning. I was very disappointed in my stay. I booked two nights but refused to stay the second night. The room was OK. Then I sat on the bed and the bedding was damp. I called the front desk and the attendant was rather annoyed. He said I was have to speak with the manager in the morning. The room was by the side entrance and was very noisy. We didn't get much sleep. The next morning when I went the the front desk, a very rude young women insinuated I was lying. I said I wanted a refund for the second night.
