We made reservations through online site with a non refundable cancellation policy, upon check in the manager Dilip told me I needed to contact the online site and fight with them to cancel for a refund and pay him directly. Was like a wifi and TV dead spot in my room, the staff was great but no net....ugh
It was disgusting and way overpriced for what you get.... It smells and has roaches!!! Ill include pic.. If you are in this area, pick ANY Hotel besides this one!!! Staff is very strange as well...
