Strong moldy smell throughout the hotel upon arrival. During check-in, because my English is limited, I felt unwelcome and discriminated against by the front desk staff. The environment and treatment made me so uncomfortable that I decided not to stay and had to book another hotel immediately. I never used the room, but my refund request was still denied.
Everything was great but they definitely need better coffee!
Nice clean rooms at a reasonable price. Good place to stay if you have business at FLW.
The location was perfect, Check in areas smelled wonderful, rooms were so clean and comfortable. And the customer service was top notch.
Clean, spacious rooms. Safe area. Great value.
