This place was Horrible! We just needed a room to sleep while traveling. The exterior is run down and dirty. It looks like a hotel from a horror movie that you swear doesn't exist in real life. The interior was out dated with chipping tile. The worst was the SMELL! The room smelled of stale tobacco smoke and mold/ mildew. The place smelled like smoke and it was filthy. The toilet was never flushed from the last person that used it so it was never cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting I would not even use the shower. Will never stay there again

This use to be my goto place when in Florence. Checking in was good nice and easy. I paid 80.00 for a room with a jacuzzi in it. The Jacuzzi did not work told the lady at the front desk she was sweet, but did not offer to move me to a another Jacuzzi room. I know at least one vacancy with a jacuzzi but no. No one offered a partial refund or anything. Never coming back.
