This place was Disgusting! I was booked a "handicapped " room and got there and the Two" handicap rooms were "Unavailable"No refund or Anything. Very disappointed! We will Never stay there again
If I could give this room a -star I would , absolutely disgusting and not clean ! Didn’t accommodate our requests when we needed a handicap accessible room when we called a month in advance ! I am appalled by the appearance of this room coming from me being a house cleaner myself this is absolutely appalling!
Right in downtown Pendleton! Cute little town! They have a cool mural by there building Breakfast was great! They had my favorite yogurt! Noosa! I thought that was nice to have that! The rooms were decent.. floors were really gross. Black feet.. so wouldn’t recommend going barefoot in there. when I arrived it was kind of a little weird when I got there middle of painting the front door.. there was caution tape.. and wasn’t sure where to check in so I went around the tape and then the owner came out quickly to tell me it was ... read more
Absolutely best customer service I have ever seen!! The owners are fantastic and so thoughtful!! We come every year for the Pendleton whiskey festival and not only is the location proximity great to town and the round up, but the owners service makes it the best place in town!!
