The location is the only positive thing about this hotel. I booked third party and specifically chose non-smoking l, but on the receipt it showed smoking. My wife and I couldn't sleep at all because of the smoke. We couldn't change the room either and the staff were rude and inconvenienced by us being there. The beds are like sleeping on a rock, I would have been better sleeping on the floor. I called to ask about the prices because online it says $46 plus tax and I wasn't being rude or anything just asking and this lady is literally starts yelling at me being sooo rude!!! I told her are you talking to me she said yes...I said why are you mad all I'm doing is asking about the prices....she was sooo rude!!!!

Pretty clean and the front desk ladies are pretty nice and the cleaning lady are very nice too and the rooms are very clean and nice

Never again!! I’ve stayed here several times over the years. It keeps getting worse with every visit. No one works the front desk, there’s a phone number to call and IF they answer, you’re still waiting several minutes for service. A family runs this and they have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel. Our door key never works. We go out for a bit and when we come back the key doesn’t work.
