Super convenient location, lovely updated rooms, and kind staff. Stayed for a week for a conference and will stay again.
The front desk staff is friendly. The hotel is more of a motel. I can tell they're trying (blackout curtains, upgraded toilets). However, the location is sketchy.
Dont let the reviews scare you away, i feel a lot of the negative reviews are people not from phoenix, since anyone whos lived in arizona long enough, knows its downtown phoenix.. it wasnt going to be luxury anyways, i didnt book this motel expecting luxury, its in downtown phoenix, located conveniently near phx arena!
