We stayed there so we were in walking distance to the Footprint Center. Room: Well, it was clean. Kind of nice, but not too much so. Area: you are close to many places to eat and all price ranges. There was a lot of automobile noise. Enough homeless people to make you uncomfortable.
Hotel nah am stadtzentrum. Man kann gut zu Fuß hinkommen. Das Zimmer war nichts besonderes. Sauberkeit war ok. Für den Preis absolut ok. Im Raum der Rezeption hat es etwas streng gerochen. Evtl war eine Küche im Nebenzimmer.
Decent place for the price for 1 night. Music venue across the street was very loud and there were people in the parking lot screaming and revving cars until past 2am. Room had a slightly strange smell, but was clean.

Loved the motel, you can tell owners are taking the time it improve it.
