The front desk staff is friendly. The hotel is more of a motel. I can tell they're trying (blackout curtains, upgraded toilets). However, the location is sketchy.
Dont let the reviews scare you away, i feel a lot of the negative reviews are people not from phoenix, since anyone whos lived in arizona long enough, knows its downtown phoenix.. it wasnt going to be luxury anyways, i didnt book this motel expecting luxury, its in downtown phoenix, located conveniently near phx arena! Extremely good deal for a motel room with wonderful accommodating people working the front desk, they let us check in early, upgraded us and held our luggage for us before our flight. Couldn’t recommend more!!
The best hidden gem of a hotel! I almost don't want to rate, because I want to gatekeep. Nice little place and nice staff! We always come here when we stop up in Phoenix!
