Absolutely loved our weekend here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the amenities were top-notch. Best hotel in downtown Phoenix for sure.
Check in was fast. Had reserved prior. Room was already cool thanks to the AC. Major plus with temperatures hitting above 100 degrees. Booked this location because it was right across the street from the Van Buren. Room was clean and had a mini fridge with a freezer compartment so I could keep my waters really chilled for my later ventures outside. Solid value for the money. The front desk staff were friendly. The bed was comfy. The power outlets had USB plugs. The AC was cold. The bathroom was clean. The ice machine worked. Rooms had a fridge and a microwave. An older place but was likely touched up in the last few years. Lot of road noise and concert noise from the venue across the street but that all dies down around 10-11pm; it didn’t bother me as I play white noise when sleeping but can understand how it might bother others.
