Do not use this company, they have failed to do the job at my house!!! Nancy is not honest with customers , when I called to complain after 3 days we have sewer running over she laughed and said it must be my lines under house or something. Have lived in the country for 30 yrs. Never had a problem till americas worst came on scene, $$$175 down the drain, literally !!!!
Do not use this company. They pumped my tanks for the first time after installation and broke my diffuser unit on my aerobic tank when they inserted the pumping tube. They even told me it was broke, but said the system would work just fine. After paying them $300, they left and within 30 minutes the warning light on my system indicated a problem. I called my aerobic service company and they came out and showed me the broken diffuser unit. Cost to replace - $187. I called America's Best Vacuum and told them what happened. The... read more

This company is great! They responded quickly and the gentleman that came was very nice. They were reasonably priced and have been very reliable. I still use their services to this day.
