We offer two core programs. One of our core programs is based on Chang Hun Taekwondo but also includes karate, kickboxing, fitness, and the best of many styles of martial arts. They also include life skill lessons such as discipline, respect, perseverance, goal setting, and self-confidence. America's Best is an awesume school the teachers are very good. My daughter had no confidence in herself but after 6 months in this school she now has the yes I can do it attitude. I highly reccomend this school to anyone
