Very nice staff and looks to be a well maintained facility. When i first got my unit i left it empty and unlocked. We were packing and hadnt started moving boxes yet. They called to make sure I still needed the unit. A couple of helpful things ... The roll up door is very high when all the way open. Bring a string/rope to tie to the handle. And/or a small stepladder is handy for packing boxes high. Last as a precaution I put Roach Motels in the unit. There are no words to express the customer service at these storage units. Christina, Audrey & Lanna ALL bent over backwards for me as I was moving out of a nearby house to a house out of the area. I had last minute changes come up, & was just exhausted in general. They offered so much help & support. I couldn’t ask for better people to do business with. I give this crew of efficient & kind hearted women a big 5 star rating!!! Thx gals! LR
