She has spread false information, claiming that certain tenants were squatters despite the fact that they were residing in the property with the owner’s permission. Ask for Renee if you're looking for great customer service and a property manager that knows the business. We needed our house rented within a month. Renee told us she could do that for us and had a list of applicants as soon as our property was listed. We were very happy that our house was rented so quickly. She was very friendly and efficient! We thought it would be a hassle to rent our house but she made the process very smooth. We highly recommend calling her if you're looking to rent your house.
