Amazing experience with incredible staff, found a great pair with Allie!
Receptionist was friendly, but getting my information was like pulling teeth. This used to be a different company and it was bought by America’s Best. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like their staff is properly trained yet. I called in to get my frame model and PD. I called twice and was given two different answers (for both questions) both times. Service was great, quick and easy. Unfortunately not in VSP network and although they carry Ray Ban frames, they didn’t have the frame I wanted. Had to settle for a different frame style. The option to special order was never mentioned. Lots of choices, just not the one I wanted. Settling sucks.
This store exceeded my expectations. The optician (Michael) remembered my name from 3 years ago! That was so special. He listened to my needs and came up with a great pair of glasses. The are superb in clarity and usability. Everyone has a smile and is ready to use it (from the heart). FIVE STARS!!
Everybody out of there is so kind and caring every time I come in there everybody makes sure that I'm taking care of thank you so much America's best family and thank you Mike for everything
