The people who work there are trash... Horrible customer service thats if you get any because they're too busy on their phones.
Came in for an exam and I’m happy to see it looks like they’re hiring new people finally the staffing honestly needed to be redone. Iyearah, who did my testing before the dr was wonderful. Super sweet and adds some personality to this office. Recommend going on a day she’s working - sweet girl!
my experience as well as my mother’s was so horrible here we had to switch locations. both of our prescriptions were messed up. when i called to see what they could do, the lady argued with me saying it was the online glasses manufacturers’ fault, just for me to come in and tell me my prescription was off. the lady taking measurements had no idea what she was doing. the entire staff seems completely out of it and i don’t think anyone has a clue what they’re doing. the only good thing was dr. elliot, thankfully she’s also at ... read more
A few months ago I stopped in to this America's best cause I was so happy to discover that they had opened close to my home. I didn't get anybody's names, but one of the women at the front desk had like multicolored hair. She was on her cell phone when I came in. And when they got to me because I was the only person in the store I'm, I explained that my glasses had a scratch in them and I had that scratch coating whatever. I had the worst experience of the purple hair General manager and her side kick. They are rip offs and kept contact lenses because she felt I need to take a class. This was the first and last I will ever do business with these people. I will never go to America best again.
