My wait time was long but I have no complaint , Sasha was so amazing when I visited even though she was short staffed she did an excellent job with attending her meetings , doing exams and checking out customers . She is an exceptional manager . Thank you for all you do .
Went there at 10 am this morning and they were closed. No sign no nothing, just closed. No explanation. update: went today and system down after i picked all my frames they couldn't check me out. Made me write down the frames i wanted my self.
Update: I thank the company and give them credit for reaching out to me about this. My problem is solved, I have glasses from another company, but at least they are taking things seriously and are willing to help. I sincerely wish the Staunton location complete success as well as it's employees, and I feel confident that they will succeed and get the training that's needed. --------------- For lined bifocals, several years my family used the Waynesboro location and had excellent experiences.
