Kera was very polite professional and helpful. She solved an issue i had w my glasses that were ordered and wrong she took the time to fix. Kera is the reason i will still be using this americas best.
Try calling today regarding my glasses…lady name kira was so rude and short…refuse to repeat her name…stated she was the only person there since they had just open 5 mins ago. I explain to her my reason for my call and she was very short. She stated there was no else other than the receptionist and I could not speak to her. Does she not understand I spend over $200 to be treated like this?
Lourdes and Kera were so helpful today. They had me set up for an eye appt, loaded my insurance, picked out two pair of glasses for me, and I was on my way in 30 minutes. So helpful. Thank you.
