Supposed to have a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals I called told them I would be 10 minutes late and they canceled the appointment saying the eye doctor didn’t want to wait.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at America’s Best. My appointment was canceled because I arrived one minute past their supposed 10-minute grace period, a grace period that isn’t clearly stated anywhere. I explained that there had been a traffic accident, which was completely outside of my control, but they still refused to see me. Because of a single minute, they wouldn’t accommodate me in any way. This was the worst place I could have chosen to get my glasses made; they used very poor-quality lenses, and they didn't even last three months. I’ve been getting headaches because of the poor condition of the glasses, and there’s nothing they can do for me other than offer to sell me a new pair. What a disappointment. I do not recommend them
