Customer service there is really bad it took my mother a month to get her glasses when it was fully paid by her insurance and what I pay out of pocket My glasses came back way quicker but I still can't see out of them I went back several different times to try to help him to check my eye exam and had to wait an hour each time and still have not got my envision checked because my ride had to leave to get her kids dislocation is our organized and dysfunctional

When they first opened the reviews weren’t bad. However, I wish I had read the reviews prior to my visit today. That’s my mistake. 1. They didn’t inform me that it was a televisit until I arrived and I was told to sign a consent form for a “remote” visit. 2. There was only one person in office seeing patients so you can imagine how long that took. There was one person doing pretests for all patients.. and she was slow. 5.
