When I went into this store for my yearly eye exam, I was rudely told that my Medicare insurance wasn't good there. That's not true. I used my insurance there a year ago for my exam and glasses. I even valled my insurance afterwards to confirm. The manager at this store is very rude. I won't ever be back to Americas Best again.

My daughter and I were time customers at this location. Office was clean, staff was professional and Leslie who was the young lady who checked us out, also helped us pick out frames, and not only did she explain all the options but showed real life examples of what the different options looked like. She also took the time to explain the different prices, go over what my insurance covered and was very patient and polite despite my slew of questions. She alone made what’s usually a very boring task quite delightful.

I am really happy with this location. I had more questions than usual for both the staff and optometrist due to my insurance and also my previous prescription from somewhere else. Those previous glasses were terrible and I was worried it was just my eyes. Anyway, the optometrist did a wonderful job on my glasses. It was like getting my vision back!
