Came in for a repair and a warranty issue. Francis and Christina were 100% professional and really polite to this senior customer. Francis was very patient repairing and adjusting my glasses. Great customer service is why I’m an America’s best customer keep up the great work people.
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish! I first met Angela, who did a special eye exam and explained everything really well. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years, I believe since they first opened. The whole entire staff are friendly, and they are a great team. Along with efficient communication, they make me feel seen and consider my best interest. Fair prices. I’m also an eye club member!
