If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. The staff at the front desk were immediately rude, judgmental, and completely unhelpful. Their attitude made it seem like assisting patients was an inconvenience. But the real disappointment was Dr. Antoine. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional.
