Very professional and very helpful towards customers. Wish yall had a lab there to get the glasses same day!
We did our test Saturday which everything was great staff was amazing and helpful. We went in Thursday to order my husbands glass.. the lady that was doing the fitting for my husbands (different lady from Saturday) glasses was very rude and had an attitude like we were bothering her walking in for service. We build my husbands glasses online and I showed her what all I wanted on them from the online cart.. she looked at me like I was dumb and said "ok... do you want plastic or some other material" I didnt know the difference... read more
Had a great experience. I was in and out within an hour and an appointment set for next year! I’ll go back in a couple of weeks to pick up my new glasses.
My exams were both efficient and informative. After selecting my frames, the lens coverage and pay out was also efficient with great discounts that were explained. Great job!
