Luis was fantastic!! Wonderful customer service, professionalism, 10 out of 10! Luis you’re the best!!
Sara is flipping amazing!!! Everyone here is so kind and helpful!! Sara helped me get new glasses and was kind and patient with me even though I took forever. And even helped me with my broken glasses so I could see while I wait for new ones!! She helped me decide what frames were best and look at all the coatings and lens! If I could give more stars I would. Best glasses experience ever 😁🤗🩷
I went to get eye exam and new prescription at river point. This location has very good technicians and customer service. Rachel was so helpful in explaining all the costs and different options for me as I had two pairs of lens replacements. Thank you Rachel.
Sara was very helpful through the check out process. Very friendly
