What a rude receptionist! Just a sour attitude from the moment we walked in. Mad she had to get up and give us a tablet to fill out information that they already had in their system as we have been there before. Commented on the number of children I have, yeah 4 is a lot of kids, but they are spaced out well. The oldest being 17 and youngest being 4 months is reasonable. Although not her business or problem. Some professionalism would have gone a long way!
Such an unfortunate experience. I bring my daughter to this location for her glasses & her contacts, So I figured I would make an appointment for myself. I drove 45 minutes from Federal Heights to Sheridan for my appointment arriving 6 minutes late (1:06pm) which I’m sure you can see on camera only to be halted at the door and told no one will see me because I’m late.
