I had an emergency today I broke my glasses. I called as soon as I could to see if they could help me out with swapping frames. Rachel was so nice on the phone and said as long as they feel they could do it and can its free!! Went in and had the pleasure to work with Grace and see Luis's smiling face!! Thank you guys!! ☺️ I can go back to work and see!! Lol
Play isn't so great man unfortunately I kind of have to deal with them as driving 15 miles other directions sucks but this place never calls you when your contacts come in ever I literally called them went in there they told me that they weren't coming in till the next day he gave me a box of Trials and then they didn't call me back tell me that they ever came in it's happened so many times and it's put me in weird predicaments where I don't have contacts and it just sucks
