I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After driving an hour through heavy traffic to attend my scheduled appointment, I was informed upon arrival that the doctor was not in the office and that my appointment would be conducted virtually instead. At no point prior to my appointment was I contacted or notified of this change. Had I been informed in advance, I could have avoided the unnecessary travel and inconvenience. I had such a wonderful experience at the Americas Best location in Stratford! All of the associated were so super helpful and professional! Carolina, Scarlyn, Maranda, and Niyah were the best! I highly recommend you check them out.
The people over there were really nice specially this one lady that attended me she was really nice and the service was great
