I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The glasses I purchased were given to me with a broken screw, and when I brought the issue to their attention, they repeatedly made excuses instead of resolving the problem. Even more frustrating, when I requested a return, I was told I could not receive a refund despite their website clearly advertising a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Good experience up front and horrible experience after the fact. My wife and I both went and had eye exams and were given trial contacts after the exam. We each had a problem with the trails, tearing and falling out. I understand that is part of the problem with new contacts. The problem is they would not replace the trial. Just one each. You had to wait for the new ones to come in. When I came back for the new ones they said were delivered they gave me a second pair of trials. Love this place down & the staffffffff is top tier
The knowledge and helpful staff was absolutely phenomenal. Rare do you find a staff and management as thorough as I did. Tracey, in your Kemah office was all that I needed to get my new pair of glasses “with everything I wanted”. Clone her is my only advise!
