Great experience from the time I walked in to the exam and the picking of my glasses I highly recommend Americas best
I will never go back to this eye care they let me set for weeks thinking my glasses were ordered no text or call then said there was an issue ordering because the tent price went up then charged me ten more dollars and ordered them when they told me it was 30 not 40 but not a text or call girl said she was out of office just got back but there are more then one girl in that office NOW I HAVE TO WAIT MORE WEEKS AGAIN NEVER GO HERE AGAIN ...NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL POOR
Went in to order my glasses and my mamas too. The GM was amazing! I had to bring my kids, age 3 and 5 months and Kelley was absolutely terrific. She not only did her job quickly and efficiently, she helped keep my toddler busy and played with her a little too! First time my toddler liked a stranger! Will always come back here for any of my glasses in the future!
I am beyond happy with the springmill road store in Ontario Ohio. Kelley Mitchell is wonderful. She helped me find a couple pairs of glasses for a great deal. I had limited funds but i still got 2 pairs. She matched the online price of their website which was great because i didnt have to deal with any hassles that might occur with online purchasing.
