I cannot say enough about how wonderful America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is located in the Plaza at Citrus Park! Roberto, the GM goes above and beyond to ensure all is perfect for every customer. Hello, good morning. I had a bad experience less than two months ago. I was sold two pairs of glasses; one of them was transparent and the frame was very poor quality. I lost the lens in January, and at the end of March I went back and they told me it had no warranty. Fine, I said okay, sell me another pair of glasses—but now they want to charge me $76 plus tax, when I paid $190 for two pairs before.
