Bunch of liars!!! The girl who picked up the phone on January 16th at 5:31pm. Was extremely unhelpful and incompetent. Went there multiple times after my appointment and they kept saying they can’t give me my prescription even after it was already finalized. When I asked for a manager the girl just said “uh no” then hanged up. They have incompetent people working at this location.
They were very patient and helpful especially JC, who helped me pick out frames and choose the best glasses options for me. They weren't pushy and were very informative. And their prices were quite reasonable as well. Thank y'all🤓
Jeff was super helpful. My glasses were bent and loose and I was short on time. He took care of me quickly and my glasses are like new. I will definitely be back for my next pair!
