The whole experience is horrible. I ordered my contacts online after getting the fitting and without even telling me they canceled the order. Unfortunately by this time I had lost my right eye contact and had no more left. I wholeheartedly understand that that is my fault and I should make my order before I run out but I am a human and accidents happen. The team in this location was nothing but Superior from the lady that checked me in to the one that did my first eye exam to the doctor I couldn't have asked for a nicer people faster work and they explained everything as it went down I am so happy I came here I will recommend everybody from family to friends to come to this location don't be afraid to ask questions don't be afraid for help it's an honest great working team
