I’ve been to this store often. Dr. Velasco is top notch, of course!! Also, I recently ordered new Rx sunglasses…they are great! Unfortunately, I did find a couple of small scratches on the lenses not the fault of the staff. I came back and [Anna and Dani] took good care of me and resubmitted an order for a new pair. I wanted to highlight their excellent customer service and kindness. On 24 November, my daughter had another exam. Dr. Velasco was as kind and professional as always (the best). The eye doctor went above and beyond to help me understand the changes in my eyes. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. Definitely a good experience! Thank you Maria for helping me pick out glasses!
Please retrain all of your staff. I am tired of being told one thing on the phone and another thing in person. It wastes time. I called to make a follow up appointment and was told I had to see someone before the eye doctor and that to come in any time. I walk in and I’m told I need an appointment for a follow up. So now have to drive back and forth and waste more of my day. This is the second time I’ve been told something different on the phone versus in person at this location.
