My fiance bought progressive glasses just over a year ago and spent close to $400 and purchased the warranty with them. His glasses broke last week and after contacting Americas Best and speaking to the manager Mo they were not willing to honor the warranty as he had to use it last year when the previous glasses he had broke. So apparently when you purchase a warranty it is only good once even if the glasses broke due to being defective both times. They were not broken due to negligence by him. I wasted my time and my money getting my eyeglasses from them. The progressive eyeglasses they made for are not good to use for reading, and I have to adjust them to see from far. Plus you have pay extra money to have a case for your eyeglasses. I will never go there again is a waste of time and money..
I visited America’s Best Eyeglasses on 7/2/26 at 10 AM 🗓️ with a friend for an eye exam 👁️ and new glasses 👓. The store was very clean 🧼, well-organized 📦, and fully stocked. The doctor was extremely kind 😊, professional 👨⚕️, and helpful 👍, even assisting with filling out my friend’s DMV vision form 📝 for his driver’s license 🚗. From walking in to leaving, everything took about an hour ⏱️, which was impressively efficient compared to other places I’ve been to where it often takes an hour and a half or more ⏳.
