This location is odd, the exam process is super fast then you end up waiting 30 mins to an hour just to checkout and get your contacts or glasses. Absolutely ridiculous to keep ppl waiting while constantly seeing other ppl.
Everyone at this location was incredible. From beginning to end, this staff showed care and professionalism. But there’s one person who stood out the most to me; Colleen! OMG! She is the embodiment of what customer service truly is about. Since the second we walked through that door until we left she was very informative as well as bubbly and just made this experience much more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you again to everyone who works here, but special shoutout to my beautiful Colleen
