I have been struggling to get contacts that work for me. I have super dry eyes and I have been trying to find something that won't dry out right away. The front desk ladies have been helpful in the past giving me samples to help me find the right brand. Recently I went to this location to ask for help because nothing seems to work for me. The lady at the front desk was rude and honestly left me feeling bad afterwards. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:20 PM today. My job ends at 5:05 PM, and I arrived at the store at 5:30 PM. Despite being only 10 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor refused to examine me. Most medical and optical offices allow a reasonable grace period, and I believe this situation was handled poorly. I took time off work and made the effort to get there, but the staff did not accommodate me at all. This was disappointing and unprofessional.
