The exam itself was efficient and thorough, but the optometrist told me to get progressive lenses without explaining how they worked or that they were more expensive. He did not ask me how I used my glasses or offer me a choice between progressive and single vision. I hated them and they did not suit my needs. If I could rate separately, I would give him three stars. I am still giving five stars to the store because the manager and salesperson were extremely helpful and polite in getting me what I wanted when I returned.
The staff is so sweet and the doctor so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He takes the extra time to explain things to you and to make sure your prescription is on point. Top-tier doctoring
It’s a business… staff were not very friendly or happy. I will say this does not seem like a kid friendly place. No patience. Will not be going back for our 12 month check up…
The people are great here
