I have been going to America’s Best for years for my exams and glasses because of how great they are, and this last time was no different. The staff, the doctor.. all amazing. I would love to give a huge shoutout to Brooke at the San Marcos location on Thorpe Lane! She was amazing, so kind and helpful, explained everything with care and detail! She made me confident with my choices that they were right for me and my budget! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Our family have been clients of America’s best in Arizona for over 10 years. Recently, we moved to Texas and just had our first experience at the San Marcos location. Wow! Every single staff member, including the doctor was so helpful and professional, and they knew what they were doing. Often in Arizona, we felt as if the staff was clueless. It was quite a different experience for us, and we are grateful that we decided to stick with the same company for our eye care needs after moving states.
Grace and Brooke were amazing! I sat on my glasses and needed them ASAP. They jumped on it and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Give them a raise!
Brooke was a very big help in ordering my sunglasses and glasses. She made the process very easy and was friendly and willing to help.
