I had a great experience getting my glasses here ! The tech and doctor made the prescription process easy and efficient. When selecting my frames Marcello was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. After receiving my glasses I am very happy with them! I needed to get some adjustments to the fit and Veronica was very helpful with getting my glasses to fit perfectly ! Adjustments are also free whenever you need them, so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend them and will continue to get my glasses here !

Awful. I booked an appointment for 3:20 and was not seen until 4:30. I was there for over 2 hours and walk in customers cut the line. One doctor very overwhelmed. No organization. Don’t waste your time.

I went in to get the 2 pairs of glasses for $89 recently just as I had done 2 years prior and explained my situation and that I absolutely had to have them in 3 days. Everything was going along smoothly picked out my frames and saw the optometrist. As I was sitting down to begin checkout I again stated that I needed to have them and just a couple of days and I was told after paying for everything fixing to leave that they would not be in for another 2 weeks.
