I recently got 2 pairs from here, thankfully with the warranty. The pair I wear the most were scratched to heck. I thought maybe I was being rough with them. Replaced the lenses with the warranty, was steadfast in using the fabric especially made for cleaning glasses. To my utter dismay they scratched to heck again!! It's been around one month since I got my "new" pair!! I've been wearing glasses since the 3rd grade. I had an appointment on Saturday they were able to accommodate my schedule due to me running late everything went smoothly Rachael was absolutely stunning she had great customer service she was helpful I will be definitely going back 😊
