I had an extremely disappointing experience here and it continues….. I was especially surprised because I used to go to the Hagerstown location and always had wonderful experiences there. Fantastic staff! They were EXTREMELY helpful, as well as friendly and welcoming. I was helped by several of the ladies, who were all absolutely phenomenal, with a wonderful lady named Grey who took care of my billing and helped me pick out frames as well. 10/10

I was shocked by how different my prescription was when I got a second opinion after visiting America’s Best. The prescription they provided was dramatically different from the one I later received elsewhere, particularly for my left eye. I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old, so I am very familiar with how my vision should feel when a prescription is correct.
