What a weird experience. The manager (I believe she was the manager because another employee went to her for help) seemed very confused when I came in to look for frames and even more confused when I went to check out. She assumed the frames were for my child even though they were adult frames. I corrected her 3 times and she became very defensive. Horrible experience for contact wearers. Location did not have my trials in stock and would not let me renew my prescription with my current lens company. I was also informed I would need to make a second appointment in order to have my lenses confirmed, however I was not allowed to make that appointment until the trial lenses came in. Still with no trial lenses, I was told I needed to make an appointment for two weeks out in order to just obtain the trials of the lenses I have been wearing for years. Doctor Shalin was amazing and friendly. Thank you Jessie for taking care of us on assisting my kid and I with our prescription. She has amazing customer service and would recommend seeing her.
