Ms. Aleida was very helpful with the glasses selection process she offered lots of great options and information. The whole experience with the doctor and the staff was excellent 10 out of 10.

I didn't have a problem with a specific location but the company's time it takes to receive glasses back. I only ordered a pair of sunglasses with no prescription just to use my insurance allowance and it's been over 3 weeks and I still have not received them. Thankfully I didn't need a prescription
