My family and I had the best customer care at our recent visit to America’s Best Durbin location. Every staff member that we came in contact with were professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. We are personally grateful for the service and guidance we received from the beautiful Shavonne and Devoni, thank you ladies for making our experience so much fun! Hope to see you all next year
Dr. Patel was great! Shevonne (spelling?) was awesome as well and even let my son help her with the eye imagining. The sales staff, especially Davoni and Angel were wonderful as well. I get suspicious of big chain eye stores but this team made the experience wonderful!
This is my second time ordering glasses for my daughter with America’s Best. The first time, I went to a different location, and unfortunately the lenses were not made correctly — the eye that was supposed to be “zero” appeared blurry when my daughter wore the glasses. I then came to the Durbin Park location, and the staff immediately checked the glasses and offered to remake the lenses.
