Tried to give America Best one last chance but they always seem to disappoint. Had an appointment at 12:20pm. Waiting for over 25 mins for someone to greet/check me in. When the employee finally did they tried to cancel my appointment due to me being late “which I wasn’t” then was told that the wait is over 2 hours. If you are looking for a franchise eye doctor go to MyEyeDr. it’s less than 5 mins from this location. You get better service and fair pricing.
The employees are very professional and friendly. The process of getting my eyes checked and picking out my glasses was easy and the staff was very helpful and well-informed. My glasses came in within the time frame I was told. I was having some issues with where the glasses sat on my nose and the distance measurement between my eyes. Crystal helped me with getting the measurements corrected and picking out new frames that didn't hurt after wearing them for a while. I was so thankful for her assistance. Absolutely the worst! I was not notified prior that this would be a virtual eye exam which means they are seeing only one patient at a time to do said “virtual phone call” with a doctor even though they have a full staff of six people. My appointment was supposed to start at 10:30am And at 12:30 I still hadn’t been seen, Therefore, resulting in me needing to leave. Appointments should never take this long, especially when scheduled. Do. Not. Recommend. I live an hour away and drove all the way for nothing.
I have visited America’s Best Store #4159 several times, and Ms. Sonya Rivera consistently stands out. Every single time I see her, she is pleasant, welcoming, professional, and genuinely smiling. Today, however, she went above and beyond during my appointment. There were several points when additional information was needed before my appointment could move forward.
