My appointment was at 10:30 am. It's now 12:30. I've been here since 10:00. If you value your time, don't come here.
Worst experience to date. Both myself and my son waited for our appointments. Yes waited. The young lady who was helping us was brand new and did not know her job. My son and I both get the pair of glasses with 2 clips on, she does not ring them up correctly or order the clip ons. I waited a week for a call back that did not happen. Eventually I speak with the manager who did nothing and never called me back. No refund, no clip ons, no apology or explanation. Please do better.
Currently sitting here an hour and a half past my appointment time. They got me back for the initial exam quickly, but I’ve been stuck waiting for the doctor ever since. This is a virtual/telehealth appointment using their "ROx" system, so there is absolutely zero reason for this kind of delay. To make it worse, I overheard the staff discussing the ROx system dashboard, explicitly stating that there are between 14 and 17 doctors currently on rotation with a supposed "15 to 20 minute" average wait time. The manager helped me get a great deal on both glasses and contacts with free exam i always appreciated when someone helps as im a single mom. Thank you for great service!!!
