went in to get my glasses readjusted and told the lady at the desk they were too tight. she made them even tighter and then when i told her i had said i needed them loosened she said “Sorry I wasnt paying attention” then she didnt even bother to clean them after touching her hands all over the frames and smudging them. IMO go to the Fairmont Plaza location instead the whole staff there is much better and patient.

I visited this location because I had read that they were very affordable and reasonable in their pricing which is not the norm for frames and lenses. I purchased two of the same frames, one with regular lenses, and one with transition lenses. Upon second thought, I thought the transition lenses were too expensive and I came back the very next day and they refunded me the money and allowed me to purchase the second pair with regular lenses.
