Made appointment filled out forms w my insurance. Instead of calling ahead and telling me they don’t accept my insurance. I get to the appt bright and early on a Saturday for them to tell me they and then try to get me to spend $95 for the exam anyway…. No thanks

I just had an eye exam here, all I can say is that the service was exceptional and I felt very well taken care of. I don't know why the average review isn't higher, I have gotten so many eye exams in my life and I can't find anything wrong with this place. Shoutout to Stephanie who performed my eye exam, she's very professional and answered all my questions clearly. Will come back for sure.

I came here after 3 failed visits to the AB in Quakertown. Everyone here was beyond understanding, compassionate and helpful. They fixed all the problems that the Quakertown office did, and literally turned my whole experience around. Patty, Cindy, Alejandro and Cliff were the most stellar team anyone could potentially ask for. This team deserves special recognition for the work they do. Thank you so much! Looking forward to many more years of visits to come ! 10/10 service every time. Consistent!!
