I went in for an eye exam to get contacts on January 22, 2026, a Thursday. Here it is February 17, 2026, and I still don't have my contacts. I was told it would be 7-14 days, but due to the snow storm, it may take longer. They don't just offer sample contacts; you have to ask for them. The first pair ripped the very next day, so I have to call in for more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this location. The staff was patient, professional, and very transparent about timelines, especially during the holiday season. My glasses took a bit longer than usual, but that was clearly explained upfront and any adjustments I needed were handled quickly and kindly. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and respectful, and I never felt brushed off or blamed for anything. My husband and I went to get our Rx and glasses at the Terrell, Texas location. (I have previously gotten glasses at several other locations with zero issues.) This was a mess from the moment we paid for our glasses. Our appointment and glass ordering was done the day before Thanksgiving and we never received our glasses (4 pairs) until mid January. Very poor service. I visited this store and the staff were very rude. I recently moved to Forney and went to this store for the first time, and I never plan to go back.
