Holly hell the service here sucks.
The optometrist and the tech were very nice. The lady who checked us out after we picked out our glasses was a different story. She was so rude. My husband needed bifocals for the first time and we had several questions about them. The lady told me that I should be able to understand them since I had progressive bifocals last time I was there.
