I ordered replacement lenses for a pair of glasses. they put in lenses that had different thicknesses from the left side to the right side. In addition one of the lenses had cracks along the edges which became apparent when the next optometrist popped them out and alerted me to the different thicknesses and the cracks …..you get what you pay for . don’t go here. They removed a similar review from Yelp and they won’t own up to the mistakes they made.

Just an awful experience from the moment I arrived. Multiple people not knowing what the other is doing; therefore, no knowing what they should do. The woman that was going to give me my initial exam was just rude and obnoxious. I did not feel as if the atmosphere was professional, organized or clean. I don’t walk out of many places, but I walked out of this one. Eye care is series, and it should handled in such a manner. This is not the place for one that expects a professional environment for eye care.

Ebony was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was not sure how my new script wax going to work since I only have sight in one eye. She explained everything to me. I really appreciate her patience and understanding

I visited the Carle Place location to have them adjust my sunglasses. They're friendly and helpful to adjust them at no charge. Thank you!
