They don’t take appointments seriously. I took a day off of work to go to the appointment only for there to be one worker present and she told me that they couldn’t see me today because they had no staff that day.

Friendly staff, but this appointment was a joke. Only two girls working in the building and no doctors on site. While starting my pretesting I was informed today’s visit would be virtual with the doctor, not in person. For this they required photos and videos before starting the exam. The tech had me complete these twice, both times the doctor was not satisfied and said to redo them. After 45 minutes I still had gotten no where and hadn’t started my eye exam.
