Hadn't had an eye exam in a few years and the America's Best Fontana team made the experience worth the visit after so long. They were immediately very welcoming and my appointment went smoothly. They helped me pick out some pairs of glasses and walked me through the different lens options. This made the experience less intimidating and felt comforting knowing they were doing what they could to be as helpful as possible. Thank you Fontana team!
I had a great experience at America’s Best in Fontana. Amy, Luis, and Adela all provided amazing service. Dr. Ishida is awesome I highly recommend her she was very thorough with my exam.
I went here to get my contacts and the Optometrist was very sweet. I was also helped by a very kind person to figure out how to use the contacts, they were very patient. I believe his name was Luis. Everyone was very welcoming and professional.
They have the worst quality of frames I’ve ever used. One month after I got my brand new eyeglasses one of the arms broke off… since then my fiancée and mine broke again; in less than a year. Will never go back. We are currently searching to make an appointment at lenseCrafters, they have the best quality, I still own a pair after 8 years and working perfectly fine. I would never recommend America’s best ever.
