Very professional ladies and doctor. Had a little mix up with the contacts I ordered and I was a little disappointed but they fixed the issue very quickly and my contacts got shipped to me overnight. They like to address any issues anyone has and I highly recommend them.

The doctor was great got my prescription perfec!!!t but the lady that helped afterwards was not she added stuff to my glasses without asking me or explaining anything and didn't tell me about the 40% off the second pair glasses till after I've already paid then when I went in to pick up my glasses same lady and she did not care to want to help me get my glasses to fit right all she could say is that my ears were uneven they keep sliding down my nose this was at the Granbury Texas location
I called to ask if there’s another way to grab my prescription outside of fax or in person (because I have no fax machine and don’t live an area with an Americas Best anymore). The receptionist was not very helpful. I ended up finding it through my account so that means that in person and fax are not the only ways. so it was frustrating and disappointing that it seemed like they didn’t want to truly help by just suggesting to look in my account when i expressed i don’t live there. Very disappointed yet again. Three years in a row my order was wrong. Yes they fix the issues or wrong RX but that leads to longer wait times to get my glasses. I feel like the Dr's are fly by nights and the office staff do not pay attention to the details when placing the order. I will not be going back. Shame on me for giving them so many chances and my money.
