Great staff!! Wonderful experience
Very helpful, quick and decent selection.
I told the ladies when my glasses got in it was blurry and got gas lite into believing that it was just an adjustment (which i get and I've worn glasses for almost 30 years now), this is a whole different blurry. I also now can't see clearly at night and almost wrecked due to wrong prescription lenses. I can see better with my old glasses.
Everyone was amazing. From Lucia who got me started, to Dr. Appling and finishing with Hannah. I felt almost like I was at home from the beginning. Everyone was very clear and patient. Not once did I ever feel pressured or like everyone was trying to "upsell" me. Everyone offered options and gave recommendations but that's it. Hannah made sure I knew all options available but never pushed anything. I felt very comfortable during the entire visit. If they had made the visit any better they would have never gotten rid of me!!!... read more
Every employee was pleasant and friendly. Dr. Appling is the best! After my eye exam, Hannah assisted me with getting contacts. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. She explained everything well. My husband and I were very happy with the experience at America's Best.
