Karen was very rude and did anything to not see my son today. Canceled my appointment before I got there because I couldn't confirm through a phone call. Did not send an email or any other type of correspondence. Also, tried to use the insurance as a reason for him not to be seen today, once confirmed the insurance. She rescheduled. Were sent a millions texts and emails to make sure we are coming to our appointment, I’m talking everyday texts and emails for 2+ weeks. They send an email to fill out paperwork prior to appointment to make things faster. They also tell you to come in 10 mins prior to your appointment time. I arrive for my 10:30 appointment at 10:15. Negative 1. I booked my eye exam online almost two weeks in advance, only to show up and discover there was no in-person doctor available — just a “remote” doctor who apparently wasn’t even checking their screen. I figured a person would STILL DO THEIR JOB remote or not remote. I ended up not being seen at all after waiting over a whole hour. I scheduled my appointment at 5:30PM.
