Brought in my sunglasses that had lost a nose piece. The staff fixed the sunglasses quickly and I was on my way. Thank you!
I am very pleased with the level of service at this location. The entire staff was courteous and professional. They stand by their committment to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. I had to change my order after receipt due to my own error and they promptly made the adjustments as requested. I highly recommend this America's Best location for your vision needs.
It’s a one year old location you would expect them to know what they are doing. I went in and had to come in again multiple times due to them messing up the exam. The staff were all nice only complain is them not know what they were doing at all and having one clearly pissed off technician helping the staff and us, with his gross attitude. Will continue to drive further to other location because of this or switch doctors. 0/10
-5 stars in my book! Worst experience ever! If you have unlimited PTO and want to be coming in every week get glasses from this place. The first time I came in they had me wait 2 hours before my appointment. They said the accidentally overbooked. The doctor that took care of me didn’t put my prescription info into the system and guess what? I had to sit and wait until he was done with the person he attended after me to get it done again.
