I was given great service by LALA who was basically the only lady (person) there, other than the receptionist/front desk lady. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me, even after having to deal with complicated people, who could have easily frustrated even the most patient of people. Thank you for your help!🙏😇
The appointment was for my son. We waited for almost an hour past our appointment to be seen then we had to wait again. The lady that took my son’s eye measurements was really rude. When I asked how much longer they said they are always busy at this time, so why overbook appointments if they can’t keep up and then give you attitude for asking.
I made appointment at 9:20, The doctor was very late and when he arrived he was very rude about explaining his computer situation so I just left. No apologies, no attempt towards reconciliation after an hour of waiting for no service once my first assessment was finished. The doctor acted as if I was bugging him. I gave 1 star because the staff was nice. I had been going there for years now I'll never return.

Everyone here has been so kind and helpful! I’m a grown adult scared of the puff of air test, and the nurse Jessica Patterson was very reassuring and patient as I conquered my fears. Highly recommend this location and their great service!
