I came to this location even though it's further from where I live, because the location I usually go to wasn't able to get my glasses adjusted to sit correctly. I came to this one today and both women kindly greeted me even though they were busy, and when one was free, she helped me with my glasses. She understood immediately what wasn't working and adjusted my frames exactly as needed, and then checked and made smaller adjustments to make sure they were perfectly even on my face. The doctors visit was serviceable, but once you get to buying lenses and frames they’ll try and upsell you through the roof. Now my complaint is when I get a text on Friday that my eyeglasses were available to pick up, sadly i received that message 2hours before I got off work and 1-1/2 hours before the closed for the day. I wasn’t able to stop by Friday, and resorted to picking them up Monday. When I get there they inform me that they only ordered the lenses and not the frames. So so very rude, i called yesterday on the 14 and there was a lady who was being very rude- she sounded like she didn’t wanna work or even answer the phone. She put me on hold for a very long time. She didn’t explain things correctly to me as if she didn’t know what to do or say i had to call corporate‘s number.
