America's Best had been a great solution for our family eyeglasses. This year we had used their service for Georgetown and Round Rock. They are very professional, great selection of frames, affordable product, and an excellent customer service. Today in the Georgetown location the specialist helped my with a return, he listened and understood my daughter’s needs and was able to find the lenses that she needs, make it a very easy process. Thank you!
Horrible experience. The staff was friendly I guess, but didn’t seem to know what was going on. I waited for over an hour and was never called back to see the doctor. I told the front desk I was leaving, no communication to let anyone know the Dr was running behind, or whatever the case was. Left without seeing the doctor or getting my exam. Don’t recommend this location.
I’ve been going here for several years but felt so compelled to write a review specifically about the associate who helped me in the pre test room! I brought my 4 yr old with me and ezreal let him come behind the counter and look at the machines while he scanned my eyes. He involved my son in the process and made it so fun for him! It’s apparent he truly loves his job. Have always had a great experience with drs here but this one really stood out. Thank you Ezreal
UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager and after a discussion of the initial visit, we arranged to go back (at our convenience) and see a different doctor, Dr. Chen. Took the girls back today and it was a completely different experience. The kids were seen in a timely manner. Dr. Chen was good with them and did a great job of explaining the condition my youngest is dealing with, and what steps we need to take to get control of it.
