I visited the Georgetown store for a refraction with Dr. Dotson. The exam was comprehensive and Dr. Dotson took the time to discuss his findings with me. His attention to detail is impeccable! Ashley and Brandy assisted me with eyeglass frame selection but the frame I chose was out of stock. Fortunately, Visionworks in the same center had the frame I liked at a great price. Will try Americas Best again next year.
Brandy was an amazing associate to work with. Like working & speaking with an old friend. She didn’t rush my decisions, she was informative and incredibly helpful! Would definitely like to work with her again.
First time at this location - Brandy was absolutely incredible! The whole staff was great, however she worked with me one on one to get the best price for my glasses. She is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Will absolutely be coming back and hoping Brandy will be there every time!
