Beautiful and kind girl named ERIKA helped me and wife check out. She explained contacts and lense options very well and she managed to stay within my budget!! Props to ERIKA for being kind enough to do what most young people refuse to do nowadays. Would definitely come back to this location and have ERIKA check us out again!
I got a bill saying I owe $25 because my insurance didn’t cover the full amount. When I was at the office, I was told my insurance wasn’t accepted, which was fine. I originally planned to get a contact exam, but I told both the front desk and the doctor I wasn’t doing it since I had already waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. It was a long and arduous road from June 23, 2025 till Sept 18, 2025 between my insurance company and Americas best, buuut, Francheska made up for it! She and Matthew both throughout the grueling process of dealing with policy, handled themselves quite professionally. At the end of the day, it was Francheska who went the EXTRA mile and handled the last of the details, including staying by my side throughout the frame picking process, beautifully.
