Drove 45 minutes for the appt. For them to tell me the doctor was running behind, still not even at the store and there was people ahead of me. No call or text about it beforehand. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
I called and got in same day to fix my prescription, they got me in same day! Got everything fixed and Larenz helped me & got everything squared away with my new glasses. If anyone is looking for new glasses, Go see Larenz at America's Best in Georgetown

Beautiful and kind girl named ERIKA helped me and wife check out. She explained contacts and lense options very well and she managed to stay within my budget!! Props to ERIKA for being kind enough to do what most young people refuse to do nowadays. Would definitely come back to this location and have ERIKA check us out again!
I got a bill saying I owe $25 because my insurance didn’t cover the full amount. When I was at the office, I was told my insurance wasn’t accepted, which was fine. I originally planned to get a contact exam, but I told both the front desk and the doctor I wasn’t doing it since I had already waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen.
