Gina was absolutely wonderful and helpful 10/10 also had a great conversation about more then just glasses
I had a very disappointing experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The employee helping us was very unprofessional from the moment we walked in. He made an ugly face because he was outside when we arrived, which already made us feel unwelcome. Then, after calling someone, we were told that “this is the last time” he would fix the glasses, even though we came in respectfully asking for help. I had an amazing experience here. Everyone very nice and polite. Dr Davis was amazing. I'm telling everyone I can. If yoy need glasses. Go to America Best.
Currently sitting in the waiting room hitting one hour of a wait. My appointment was at 4p and I got here at 3:30 to give myself time to look at glasses. I was greeted when I arrived but was not warned of the delay in service. After waiting for an 45 minutes, I asked the lady who did the pre exam how long the wait would be and she stated I was next in line. Then when that moment comes, they call back Walter. So I again, asked the staff how long the wait would be and he asked the optometrist who stated I was after Walter. I t... read more
