Adjusted my glasses perfectly 👌
The person who helped me with ordering was polite, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable and not pushy with an upsell. But on the return trip to pick up the glasses, a different story. The gentleman just handed me the glasses in a felt, very cheap eyeglass container. I feel that for $500 they would give you something a little more sturdy along with a 'cleaning cloth'. Literally pulling in for my appointment and I received a text message saying my appointment has been canceled. I called multiple times to let them know I was gonna be late and every single time it went to an automated voicemail saying “we are currently closed” and wouldn’t let me get ahold of anyone.
The service itself on the day of my appointment was very good; I barely had to wait any time to see the Optometrist. If you need a good optometrist, Dr. Martin was great. However, I will never order glasses from here ever again. I never received a call when they were ready for pickup. I had to call to see what was going on. When I went to pick them up, they just put the glasses down in front of me and walked away. After two months, my glasses are scratched beyond belief.
