I was very disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff appeared more interested in talking about each other than helping customers, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. I also felt that there was little interest in assisting customers who had insurance different from what they preferred, making the experience feel unwelcoming. Worst location ever!!!! I mean just horrible! I asked them to ship my contacts to Conroe location. They forgot to do that so they would ship it out. Forgot to do that as well! I finally got annoyed and told them my friend would pick up my contact for me called and confirmed they had them!! When my friend showed up to get them they told her they didn’t have my contacts. What a joke and when I try to talk to a manager they keep saying she’s not there. (Shanna has been the only one that has been helpful)

Great place! Everyone from the front office staff to the doctor were awesome! Each person was kind, welcoming, helpful, and will work with you on payments. Appointment was very well timed, eye exam was smooth, and they made contact ordering simple. Will be returning for all eye needs!
I had an amazing experience at the Willis location. The exam was so easy and the girls and Dr. Nell were so nice and professional. I picked up my glasses and they were absolutely perfect!
